Resolve Error: You have entered an Invalid Field Value x,xxx.xx for the following field: custrecord_slavebookvalue when Importing CSV

Scenario

User is unable to proceed to import CSV file because of the above error message received. 

Solution

The reason why user is not able to import the CSV file is because the format of the values in the CSV file relating to the amounts is set to “Number”. The correct format should be General and no separator should be set in the amount.

Once the CSV file is updated with the correct format of the values, user will be able to import the file.
