Resolve Picking Tickets Showing Internal ID of Units of Measure

This might be caused by the Units field on the Sublist Fields not being marked as Show on the Sales Order Form. To change this setting, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Sales Order
  2. On the top right corner, hover the mouse over Customize and click Customize Form
  3. Click the subtab Sublist Fields
  4. Locate the field Units
  5. Mark the checkbox Show
  6. Click Save

The Picking Ticket should display the Units of Measure correctly.
