Resolve Sorry, we couldn´t find any products. on Product List Page

Scenario

When we navigate to our Website’s Product List Page and then click any available faceted options. The page will display all the products based on the faceted options. Click any products as this will route us to the Product Details Page. Then returning to a faceted search from the Product Details Page returns 0 items along with the message “Sorry, we couldn´t find any products.”

This happens when our Facet URL Components contain special characters (e.g. *, ~, space ). 

Solution
  1. Navigate to Commerce > Marketing > URL Components for Facets
  2. Ensure that the URL Component includes characters that are not valid.

Note: Only dashes (-), underscores (_), and alphanumeric values are supported.
