Resolve Transaction Item Options not displaying even after Items are properly configured. Despite correctly setting up Transaction Item Options and the corresponding Matrix Items, there are multiple steps to double check to ensure all requirements to display item options are met.

Solution

  1. Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Configuration 
  2. Select Website and Domain
  3. Navigate to Advanced > Item Options > Item options and custom transaction column fields
  4. Ensure that Cart Option ID is populated correctly (i.e. eliminate any Whitespace characters)
