Saved Deleted Record Search, user is able to see the Saved Search result from UI. However, when user defines a schedule to send this result by Email, user will get an error message ‘An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information’.
Solution
- Edit this Saved Search > Email tab > Customize Message subtab > noticed that Include View Record Link box is checked
- Clear Include View Record Link box to indicate that alerts and scheduled emails should not include links to results records. These links are included by default
