Resolve Unexpected Error for Scheduled Email of Saved Deleted Record Search Result

Saved Deleted Record Search, user is able to see the Saved Search result from UI. However, when user defines a schedule to send this result by Email, user will get an error message ‘An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information’.

Solution

  1. Edit this Saved Search > Email tab > Customize Message subtab > noticed that Include View Record Link box is checked
  2. Clear Include View Record Link box to indicate that alerts and scheduled emails should not include links to results records. These links are included by default
