Description
Customers are unable to login as Shoppers to their Sandbox Web Site, especially after it has been refreshed.
Solution
This is because during refresh, the Customer Center role assignments for Customer users are not copied from Production to Sandbox Accounts. .
Remove Access to Customer Center
1.Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers
2.Click Edit
3.Click Access subtab
4.Give Access: Remove checkmark
5.Click Save
Give Access to Customer Center
1.Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers
2.Click Edit
3.Click Access subtab
4.Give Access: Add checkmark
5.Click Save
