Resolve “You have no permission to view this page” When Using Guest Checkout

Shoppers encounter error “NOT ALLOWED – Sorry you have no permission to view this page” when they proceed to checkout. This is reproduced when the Type of Customer Registration is ‘Disabled’.

Solution

To allow customers to proceed with Guest Checkout:

1. Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website List
2. Click Edit link of your website
3. Navigate to the Shopping tab
4. Set TYPE OF CUSTOMER REGISTRATION to Optional.

     5. Save

Note: This is a temporary solution to allow customers to proceed using Guest Checkout. Customers may customize and remove the Login/Registration fields to only allow shoppers to checkout as a guest.
