Resolved Unexpected Error in Printing Journal Entry

The user is receiving an unexpected error when printing a Journal Entry. 

Solution

To resolve this problem, please follow the steps below:

1. Using Administrator Role Navigate to Customization > Forms > Advanced PDF/HTML templates
2. Standard Journal Entry PDF/HTML Template: Click Customize
3. Click Save without changing anything
   Note: In the List of forms should appear Custom Journal Entry PDF/HTML Template
4. Navigate to Transactions > Financial > Make Journal Entries (Custom Role)
5. Click Edit on the upper right corner
6. Navigate to Customization > Customize Form
7. PRINT TEMPLATE: Select Custom Journal Entry PDF/HTML template
8. Click Save
9. Reprint Journal Entry
