Issue: After the recent NetSuite update, the “Partner Contact” information was missing in the Support tab for users with the ‘Custom’ role.
Root Cause: The NetSuite update introduced a requirement for specific permissions to access partner data. Previously, the “Partner” permission under the List tab was not needed for the ‘Rize – CEO’ role, but the update made it essential.
Solution Implemented:
- Added the “Partner” permission under the List tab for the role ‘Custom-Role’.
- Verified that the “Partner Contact” information is now visible in the Support tab for users with the ‘Custom’ role.
