Issue: After the recent NetSuite update, the “Partner Contact” information was missing in the Support tab for users with the ‘Custom’ role.

Root Cause: The NetSuite update introduced a requirement for specific permissions to access partner data. Previously, the “Partner” permission under the List tab was not needed for the ‘Rize – CEO’ role, but the update made it essential.

Solution Implemented:

  • Added the “Partner” permission under the List tab for the role ‘Custom-Role’.
  • Verified that the “Partner Contact” information is now visible in the Support tab for users with the ‘Custom’ role.

Conclusion: The issue was resolved by adding the necessary “Partner” permission under the List tab for the ‘Role which added tp the extension’ . This change ensures that the “Partner Contact” information is now visible in the Support tab as expected.
