Using CSV import we can add or update the resources allocation record in NetSuite.
The following are required fields at the time of the resources allocation record CSV import.
- Resource Allocation Internal ID
- Resources
- Customer: Project
- Allocate
- Allocate Type
- Start Date
- End Date
Note: At the time of creating the file for the CSV import the date format should be d/m/yyyy and avoid zeros from the date.
Eg: 23/1/2021
Like the above screenshot, we can add or update our resource allocation records.
Note: Percentage of time changed based on the date we changed using import because the allocation is requested using the Number of Hours, NetSuite calculates the percentage based on the requested hours, selected dates, and the resource’s work calendar.
