Restrict checkout to existing customers only in Site Builder

To restrict the visitors to go to checkout page.

1. Go to Commerce > Websites > Website List.
2. Click Edit next to a website.
3. Click the Shopping subtab.
4. In the Type of Customer Registration field, select existing customers only.
5. Click Save.
