Restriction on Transactions based on Account period

Netsuite Implemented the restriction on transactions in two-level based on the Account period.

1. Closed period
   1. Even Administrator also not able to update the transaction. However, Netsuite allows the Non-GL changes on the transaction by Allow Non-G/L Changes set up in the period setup page.
      So that field is checked, then users with the “Allow Non G/L Changes” permission can post changes to transactions that do not affect the general ledger.
2. Open but locked period
   1. This will restrict the non-Administrator to update the Transactions. The permission “Override Period Restrictions” will allow non-Administrator to post transactions in a locked period.
