Using this suite app we can create a return authorization or replacement sales order directly from a support case registered. This is a public suite app. The main attractive feature of this suite app is that we can attach corresponding sales order, Return authorization, or replacement order with the support case record. To use this suite app we should have enabled the following features in our account.
* Customer Support and Service
* Sales Orders
* Return Authorizations
To install follow the navigation
Customization > Suite Bundler > Search & Install Bundles
Search the keyword Return Authorization from Case or Bundle ID 266623
Click Install Bundle.
Then If we wish we can set preference for the default number of days that you want to use when searching for transactions using the date range filters. If we didn’t set the system will automatically set it to 90 days. We can set a maximum of 365 days.
How to use
Follow the navigation
List >Support >Cases
Open the case record in view mode
Then click on the button Search Transaction
Then we can search for the transactions of the customer in a date range.
Select the corresponding transaction. Select items in the transaction and choose the appropriate option. And save the transaction.
Now the sales order and return authorization transaction will be linked to the case record.
