Return Authorizations> Not All Prices Levels are available
Solution
Navigate to Setup> Accounting> Accounting List
Set filter: Type = Price Level
Edit missing price level> Marked Update Existing Prices Checkbox
Hit Save
The missing price level now should be available on Return Authorization records.
