Scenario
The Role is restricted to one Subsidiary.
Manage Intercompany Sales Orders >Permission Violation “The restrictions on your role deny you access to this record“.
Edit the Custom Role and set Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing to True.
Solution
- Go to Setup> Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Locate and Customize/Edit Role
- Make sure that the checkbox Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing is marked
- Click Save
