Role restricted to one Subsidiary: Manage Intercompany Sales Orders > Permission Violation: The restrictions on your role deny you access to this record

Scenario

The Role is restricted to one Subsidiary.

 Manage Intercompany Sales Orders >Permission Violation “The restrictions on your role deny you access to this record“.

 Edit the Custom Role and set Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing to True.

 

Solution

1. Go to Setup> Users/Roles > Manage Roles  
2. Locate and Customize/Edit Role  
3. Make sure that the checkbox Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing is marked 
4. Click Save
