Sales by tax code report is a report which is specifically made for Sales Transactions related to the tax code. It shows the customer name, transaction date, Transaction type, net amount and tax amount, etc.
Issue : There is no data found in the Sales by Tax Code Report for a specific subsidiary and a specified period .
Solution:
Data is available in the NetSuite but not available in the Report. Checked the Tax code for the all record type. The Possible reason for record not available in the report is ”Excluded from VAT Report” check box is checked in the tax code page .
Navigation to tax code is,
1.Setup> Accounting> Tax Code
2.Select the tax code from the list.
3.Click on the Edit button and uncheck the Excluded from VAT check box.
4.save
5.Go to the Report and Refresh the page.
