A custom list will be created to store the values related to Product specifications. A new Custom Item field will be created to store the Product specification value (Length).
For the customisation, we would set up functionality to highlight the Transaction lines of the Sales Order for all NetSuite roles when an item is added, both in Create and Edit mode.
Additionally, the highlight on the transaction line will stay in the View mode too.
The highlight functionality will be implemented to work across all Sales Orders irrespective of the SO status. Implementing this functionality will slightly affect the UI response, but the difference might be negligible.
This functionality be achieved using JQuery functionality where the Item line should be highlighted if the Item has the Length type selected for the Transport code. When an Item is added, in real-time the highlight should be applied.
