Scenario:
Sales Order Saved Search that does not contain Item fulfillment-related records.
Considering Invoice in Advance of Fulfillment preference is set to False.
Solution:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transactions
3. Search Title: Enter Title
4. Click Criteria
5. Click Standard
6. Filter:
- Select Type
- Type: Any Sales Order
- Click Set
- Select Main Line
- No: Check
- Click Set
- Select Tax Line
- No: Check
- Click Set
- Select COGS Line
- No: Check
- Click Set
- Select Shipping Line
- No: Check
- Click Set
7. Click Summary
8. Add the following:
- Summary Type: Maximum
- Field: Applying Transaction
- Description: does not contain item
9. Click Results
10. Click Columns
11. Field:
Note: For every required field, use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.
- Select Applying Transaction
- Summary Type: Maximum
12. Click Save
Note: Results should show the list of Sales Orders that do not have Item Fulfillment in the Related Records tab
