We can create a saved search for display-only special order-created lines in the sales order.
Search Criteria:
Transaction Search:
- Type: Purchase Order
- Main Line: False,
- COGS Line: False,
- Tax Line: False,
- Shipping Line: False
- Item: Special Order Item: True
- Created From: Type: Sales Order
- Formula (Text): does not contain Drop Ship {customform}
Search Result Columns:
- Date
- Sales Order
- Purchase Order
- Item
- Quantity
Note:
If the order is a Drop ship order, created a purchase order form always Drop Ship PO form. If the order is Special order, created purchase order form is always a Preferred PO form. So, we can add the criteria in the saved search with the purchase order customs form name containing ”Drop Ship” for differentiating the drop ship and special order.
