Saved Search for Negative Account Balance

Description:

Create a Saved Search with the following criteria:
Any fund that has a negative balance in any of the following accounts.
21810 – Fund Accrued ACA Payable
21850 – Fund Admin Assessments Payable

Steps to resolve:

1. Created a saved search with the below criteria:
   Account any of 21810 – Fund Accrued ACA Payable ,21850 – Fund Admin Assessments Payable
2. Result columns:
   Account , summary type =Group
   Amount(Debit)(Foreign Currency), summary type =Sum
   Amount(Credit)(Foreign Currency), summary type =Sum
   Amount(Foreign Currency) , summary type =Sum
3. For obtaining the search result only for negative balances we do the below steps:
   Below Criteria,select Summary
   Summary Type: Sum
   Field:Amount (Foreign Currency)
   Description:Less than 0.00
4. Run the saved search which will show only the amounts less than 0.
