Saved Search To Count the Number of Resource Allocations and Resources on the Resource Details of the Project Record

Scenario

Create Saved Search to count the number of Resource Allocations and Resources on the Resource Details of the Project Record.

Solution

1. Navigate to Reports > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Click Resource Allocation
3. Search Title: Enter Title
4. Click Results
5. Click Columns

• Click Remove All

1. Field:
2. Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.

• Select Project

1. Summary Type: Select Group

• Select Resource

1. Summary Type: Select Count

• Select Project Fields…

1. Project Field: Select Project Resource
2. Summary Type: Select Count
3. Click Save & Run
