Solution:
Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
Select Bill of Materials
Search Title: Enter Title
Click Criteria
Click Standard
Filter:
Component: Description
Description: is not empty
Click Results
Click Columns
Field:
Internal ID
Bill of Materials
Component: Item
Component: Quantity
Click Add
Click Save & Run
Note: The description is not empty filter has been added for the other charges that is attached along with the assembly item.
