Saved Search to Generate a List of Item Receipts Created From Return Authorizations

Scenario

User may need to create a Transaction Saved Search to display Item Receipts created from Return Authorizations.

Solution

  1. Navigate to Lists Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Click Transaction Search Type
  3. Search Title: Enter Title
  4. Click Criteria tab
  5. Click Standard subtab
  6. Filter:

Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Set if needed.

  • Select Type
  • Type: Select any of
  • Select Item Receipt
  • Select Created From Fields…
  • Created From Filter: Select Type
  • Type: Select any of
  • Select Return Authorization
  • Select Main Line
  • Main Line: Select Yes

7.Click Results tab

8.Click Columns subtab

9.Field:

Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.

  • Select Type
  • Select Document Number
  • Select Date
  • Select Name
  • Select Amount
  • Select Created From

10.Click Save & Run
