Scenario
User may need to create a Transaction Saved Search to display Item Receipts created from Return Authorizations.
Solution
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Click Transaction Search Type
- Search Title: Enter Title
- Click Criteria tab
- Click Standard subtab
- Filter:
Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Set if needed.
- Select Type
- Type: Select any of
- Select Item Receipt
- Select Created From Fields…
- Created From Filter: Select Type
- Type: Select any of
- Select Return Authorization
- Select Main Line
- Main Line: Select Yes
7.Click Results tab
8.Click Columns subtab

- Select Document Number
- Select Date
- Select Name
- Select Amount
- Select Created From
