Saved Search to Schedule mail with Error Record created

1. Navigation : Lists >Search > Saved search > New > FDM Error Message

2. On the Criteria Subtab enter “Date created “

3. On the Results, Subtab provide “Name and Error”

4. On the Email subtab,

Check the box “SEND EMAILS ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE” and “SUMMARISE SCHEDULE EMAILS”

Specific Recipient: give the recipient’s mail ID

from address: Sender’s address

provide the title , introduction and content accordingly

Check the box “ Send within message “

On the schedule subtab , provide the time to sent the mail ( we can customize the time accordingly )

5. Save and Run
