The client wants to see the actual amount of the accounts after the period closes.
The amount should be filtered based on period close. The open period amount should not be shown in the search result. And the result should be shown based on months.
Solution:- Create a transaction saved search
Add criteria as the accounting period is closed.
To get the result based on month create a formula field on the result page.
Save and run.
