After deploying extension, Some extension may not be available in the extension manager.That time developer needs to activate some extension by globally searching by its name. And needs to delete the “target version” and need to edit manifest all the time while activating extension.Adding the image.
Solution:
Before deploying the extension, edit the manifest of extension and delete the the versions inside “target_version”.So that no need to make changes each time while activating the extension.
