The problem seems unclear as of now, is it occuring on a specific item, or does it happen for all items?
If only one or few items are affected, check the item’s item record in NetSuite. It may be out of stock which is why it’s not appearing on the webstore. To temporarily make them appear despite being out of stock, set their Out-of-Stock behavior to “Allow backorders but display out of stock message“.
You may need to check the search fields on the navigation below:
- Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website List
- Click Edit for your SuiteCommerce Site
- Click Search Index Tab > Search Fields Subtab
- Ensure that the fields are populated below.
- Note: If everything is set up accordingly, on the same website record, you may need to rebuild the website’s search index.
- Hover on Actions
- Click Rebuild Search Index
- Click OK
- Hover on Actions
- Click View Index Status
- Sort by Date (Most Recent) and wait until status completes.
Once done, revisit the webstore to check if the feature is working properly.
