The SCM Mobile SuiteApp provides the mobile app capabilities and user interface for the following NetSuite features and SuiteApps:
- NetSuite WMS – Enables inbound, inventory, and outbound processing for your warehouse. See NetSuite WMS Overview.
- Manufacturing Mobile – Enables data collection for work order assignments and reporting of consumption and production data. See Manufacturing Mobile Overview.
- Pack Station – Optimized for kiosk devices, it enables carton and pallet packing. See Pack Station.

Availability
SCM Mobile is not a standalone SuiteApp and is shared along with its supported features and SuiteApps. You may contact your NetSuite account manager for assistance with Warehouse Management or Manufacturing Mobile.
Mobile Device Hardware and Software Requirements
For use with NetSuite WMS and Manufacturing, refer to the following mobile device requirements:
- At least 256 MB flash memory
- Recommended for new devices – Android 7.0 or higherExisting devices with previous Android OS versions, not earlier than Android 4.1, are still supported in the current NetSuite WMS version.NoteDevices that run on iOS are not supported.
- 1D bar code scanner
- 4 inch or larger touch screen
- 802.11a/b/g enabled
- Bluetooth enabled
- HTML 5 & JavaScript enabled browser (TLS 1.2 compliant)Only the Google Chrome browser is supported. You should use the latest version of Google Chrome.
- Interactive Sensor Technology (IST)
- Ruggedized or semi-ruggedized (optional)
For use with Pack Station, refer to the following kiosk or tablet device requirements:
- Recommended for new devices –
- Kiosks: Windows 10.0 or higher
- Tablets: Android 7.0 or higherExisting devices with previous Android OS versions, not earlier than Android 4.1, are still supported in the current SCM Mobile version.
- Recommended screen resolution – 1280 x 800 up to 1920 x 1080
- Optimized for horizontal user interfaces or the landscape display mode
SCM Mobile SuiteApp Installation
Before you can install the SCM Mobile SuiteApp, be sure to enable the following SuiteCloud features:
- Custom Records
- Client SuiteScript
- Server SuiteScript
If you want to display an item’s image on a mobile page, be sure to enable the following features:
- Site Builder (Website)
- Site Builder (Web Store)
Note
If you do not see these features in your account, you may contact your account manager.
In case you need to uninstall the SCM Mobile SuiteApp, make sure that these features are still enabled when you do so.
To enable features, see Enabling Features.
You must install the SCM Mobile SuiteApp before you install the SuiteApp for any of the supported features. Install the latest bundle version, with the following details:
- Bundle name: SCM Mobile
- Bundle ID: 445345
