Search is sandbox have status as Not Sent

Query

The scheduled saved search in the SB account has the status not sent,

For some other client, SB account have emails sent from a saved searches which bounced and has a sent status in the sent email list.

Solution

So for troubleshooting the same. We have checked the e-mail. First. So in the e-mail preference. Under the send e-mail option, it was seen that the account was marked to not send emails. So I have changed the do not send e-mail to send e-mail to specific users and we have given the resources e-mail ID. This was the issue of why the e-mail was not being sent from the sandbox account. Because the preference itself was a test do not send emails. And to further troubleshoot, we have scheduled the saved search. So from the saved search. In the audit trail tab of the search trail tab of search, we have to find out the current time. And then from there we schedule a search and see whether it will send out an e-mail the e-mail was successfully sent and sent an e-mail list the e-mail status was shown as sent and that clarifies this query.
