Search to know Quantities per Location

To create an Item Saved Search that shows Quantity Available per Location refer to these steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
  2. Click Item
  3. Click the Criteria tab > Standard sub tab, add the following filters:
    • Type | Choose the Type of the Item you wanted to include
    • Inventory Location | Choose the Location you wanted to include
  4. Click the Results tab > Columns sub tab, add the following fields:
    • Location Available
    • Inventory Location
  5. On the Available Filters tab > Filter: Inventory Location | Show in Filter Region= T
  6. Edit the Search Title
  7. Click Save & Run
