Send Automatic Open Invoice Emails to Customers Monthly

Scenario

User wants to send automatic open invoice emails to customers every month.

Solution
  1. Login as Administrator
  2. Navigate to Lists Mass Update > Mass Updates
  3. Drill down Transactions
  4. Click Bulk Email
  5. Title of Action: Set title
  • Example: Monthly Invoice Email
  1. Click Criteria subtab
  2. Filter:
  • Select Type
  • Multiselect box: Click Invoice
  • Click Set
  • Select Status
  • Multiselect box: Click Invoice : Open
  • Click Set
  1. Click Schedule subtab
  2. Run Update According to Schedule: Enter Checkmark
  3. Select Monthly Event
  4. Select the recurrence according to your preference
  5. Note: You may click the Message tab, then customize the email template, or choose an existing template.
  6. Click Save
