Send Email Alert using Transaction Saved Search when Item Fulfillment Status Changes

User creates a Transaction Saved Search to send an email alert that is triggered whenever there is a change in the Item Fulfillment status. However, user has customized its Item Fulfillment Status names and the email alert does not send as expected.

The system still respects standard name of the status of the Item Fulfillment (Picked/Packed/Shipped), regardless of the name update in the Accounting Preference page. Hence, user should set under the Email tab > Updated Fields subtab, the following:

  • Fields: Document Status
  • When Old Value is…: blank
  • When New Value is…: Picked/Packed/Shipped (whichever the user prefers)
