By setting certain fields in the associated item, we can transform service items to make them fulfilled directly through the script.

We can also set this through the UI to fulfill the order.
To accomplish this, we must enable the Fulfill feature in the relevant Item.
Note:
Service items are typically not considered for Sales Orders.
