Set customer record as parent of a custom record

Create Custom Record

  1. Navigate to Customization Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types > New
  2. Name: Enter Name
  3. Example: business Details
  4. ID: Enter ID
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Edit business Details
  7. Click Fields
  8. Click New Field
  • Label: Enter Customer
  • Type: Select List/Record
  • List/Record: Select Customer
  • Record is Parent: Enter Checkmark

9.Click Save
