In Netsuite, we can set up price levels for the customer.
Go to list> Relationship> Customer
Select the financial tab.
Under the accounting information in the price level field select the appropriate price level for the selected customer.

After we set up custom price levels, we can still enter a custom amount or choose a different price level on transactions.
Note: We can set up a maximum of 1,000 price levels.
We can also set price levels for specific items for customers in Netsuite.
To set price levels for specific items for customers,
Go to > List> Relationship> Customer
Click the financial tab and select the group price subtab.

- Select a pricing group and the price level for this group.
- Click the Item Pricing subtab.
- Select an item and a price level for that item.
- Click Add.
- Repeat these steps for each item we want to assign a price level to for this customer.
Item price levels take precedence over the selection in the Price Level field on the customer record, and the price levels for pricing groups.
