SET UP A CUSTOMER FOR CUSTOMER PORTAL
- Navigate to List> Relationship > Customer
- And select the necessary customer. Or search the customer name in the Global search.
- Edit the Customer record. In the Customer record, under System Information subtab under Access subtab check Give Access checkbox
- Select Role
- · We can assign password to the Customer Login by two ways:
- Check “Send Notification Email” : We have to check this box to automatically send an email notifying this customer that we have them access to NetSuite. The standard NetSuite email message also contains a link to let the user create a password.

LOGGING TO CUSTOMER CENTRE
- To log in to the Customer Centre in NetSuite, follow these steps:
- Access the Login Page:
- Open your web browser and go to the NetSuite Customer login page. The URL is TOUCHSTONE II, LLC Customer Login (netsuite.com)
- Enter Credentials:
- In the login page, enter the email address and password.
