Setting Up Payment Card Token on Customer Record in NetSuite

In NetSuite, businesses often need to store and process customer payment details securely. One way to do this is by using a Payment Card Token instead of storing actual credit card numbers. Below is a detailed guide on how to set up a Payment Card Token on a Customer record in NetSuite.

Steps to Set Up Payment Card Token

1. Open the Customer record.

2. Navigate to the Financial tab.

3. Select Credit Cards.

4. In the Credit Card Number field, enter the token number (ensure it’s a valid token).

5. For Card Type, choose Payment Card Token.

6. Click Save.

Note: To set this as the default payment method, check the Default Credit Card box.
