Setup Default Shipping Method per Customer

You can choose a Preferred Shipping Method for each Customer in their Customer record. When a transaction is created for the Customer, their Preferred Shipping Method will be selected by default in the Ship Via field.

Select a Default/Preferred Shipping Method for a customer:

1. Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers
2. Locate the Customer you wish to add a Default/Preferred Shipping Method to
3. Click Edit to the Customer record from Step 2
4. Go to the Preferences subtab
5. Shipping Method: Select the Default/Preferred Shipping Method for this customer
6. Click Save
