Scenario

Show multiple rows of the same sales order when viewing the sales order list from the Customer Center.

Solution

1. Login as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
3. Custom Customer Center role: Click View
4. Click Searches
5. Click Standard
6. Transaction:

• List View: Take note of the selected saved search

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches
2. Saved Search noted from step 6: Click Edit
3. Click Criteria
4. Filter: Select Main Line
5. Main Line: Select Yes
6. Click Set
7. Click Roles
8. Custom Customer Center role: 

• List: Enter Checkmark
• Results: Enter Checkmark
