Proposal summary

This proposal describes the requirements and the solution for smartsheet integration with Netsuite. 

Requirement 

The requirement is to send the data from the Netsuite Saved search “Build Job Stages – Coloured” to the smartsheet. 

Our Solution

The requirement is to create the saved search results on the smartsheet. We have to add each row in the saved search to the smartsheet sheet as rows according to the build job stage. 

We will send the search result every day at 12 am to the smart sheet.

We will create new rows in the sheet

Assumptions

• We have to integrate the data with the existing smartsheet called “CF Planning Board”
• We have to create the rows in the smartsheet
• We don’t have to update or delete the existing smartsheet data
• The interval of sending data to the smartsheet is once in a day.

Risks 

If there are large data then it will take time to send each data
