Scenario
User Integrated Shipping featureset on their account and also using SCM Pack Station to set the Item Fulfillment generated from Picked to Packed status. There may be instances where the Sales Order will not show in the list of available orders under the Quick Ship option in the Mobile App
Solution
To address this behavior, ensure that the following conditions are met:
- Carrier Service Level is set on the customer’s NetSuite WMS account
- Shipping Item that uses Shipping Integration (under Shipping Labels tab of the Shipping Item record) is selected on the Sales Order
