If you are only using Oracle NetSuite solutions which are developed, owned and maintained by Oracle NetSuite, such as NetSuite Connector, NSPOS, or SuiteProjects Pro, no further action is needed. Starting with the NetSuite 2026.1 release, Oracle NetSuite will no longer provide a SOAP web services endpoint with each release. New SOAP endpoints will be released only when required to do so for business, technical, or another important reason. All SOAP web services endpoints are supported for three years after their release date, and with each new NetSuite release, the oldest SOAP web services endpoint is switched off automatically.
When Will this Change Occur?
This policy change takes effect with the NetSuite 2026.1 release.
What is Changing?
The 2025.2 SOAP web services endpoint will be the last regularly scheduled and released SOAP endpoint. Future NetSuite releases will not include a corresponding SOAP web services endpoint, unless required for business, technical or another important reason.
Recommended Actions
When it is made available, upgrade your client applications to use the 2025.2 SOAP web services endpoint, to ensure the longest possible support period (3 years). When you build new integrations, use the REST web services and the OAuth 2.0 authentication method. Also, consider migrating your existing integrations to REST web services and the OAuth 2.0 authentication method. REST web services is the recommended integration channel and meets the latest industry requirements.
