Scenario
The reason why a user gets the error message “Not Allowed. Sorry! You have no permission to view this page.” when viewing the transaction history in My Account page is because the level for Customer Payment permission is set to View or lower or level of Find Transaction is set to View or Lower
Solution
To be able to successfully view the transaction history in My Account page, the user needs to change the level of Customer Payment permission to Edit or higher and level of Find Transaction to full.
1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
2. On the desired Customer Centre role, click Edit
3. Under the Permissions subtab and Transactions sublist, set Customer Payment level to Edit or higher
4. For Find Transaction level select Full
Click Save
