SuiteAnalytics Workbook is a versatile analytical tool that enables users to create customized workbooks. It seamlessly combines datasets, tables, pivot tables, and charts into a single platform. Due to the customization options available in workbooks, it’s possible to encounter unexpected behavior when sorting certain fields, such as the Periods field.
Scenario:
User is having trouble sorting the workbook data by Period and the results are not as expected.

Solution:
Make sure to select the appropriate field in your Dataset Workbook with the correct icon. For the Periods fields, it is recommended to select the fields with the “Calendar” Icon to be able to sort them correctly.
