We can bundle the custom forms fields and custom reports, dashboard, roles, etc from the sandbox account of a NetSuite account to the production account. By this way, we can avoid the manual creation of the above-mentioned things in production which in turn save a lot of time.
Go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Create Bundle.
1) In that give the suitable name, version number, and abstract
2) Next, we can give a detailed description of this bundle contents
3) Then select objects such as custom fields, form reports, etc
4) Next page we can decide to preserve data, add or replace data etc these options are available
5)Then save this bundle
6)In the next page, there will be an option “Modify availability of your new bundle”
7) In that set the availability level as ‘shared’
8) Give the shared account id
Next, go to the production account in that navigate to Customizations>Suitebundler> Search and install bundles
In this page navigate to advanced search. Set location as ‘sandbox account’ Availability hared and enter the keyword of the bundle and search.
In the search result select the suitable bundle and install it. Before the installation process, the system will ask for whether to create new fields, add, merge, replace data.
