In NetSuite implementation, during sales order we ship the items directly to the customers and also there is an available option present in the NetSuite that the customer can pick their orders from the store directly through NetSuite.

Enable Features:

1. Store pickup features.
2. Fulfillment Request features.

• Check the Store pickup check box in both Location record and item record.
• On sales order process in the line level after adding the items, there is a fulfillment choice in the left of item.
• Select the fulfillment choice as store pickup in that field and follow as usual process as regular sales order.
