SuiteCloud: Copy to Account

How to transfer a customization to another account using Copy to Account in NetSuite.

  • This action does not have a cancel or undo option
  • The user should be admin for both current and target accounts

Perform the following steps to copy a Custom Record from one NS Instant to another.

Login to NetSuite as administrator and Navigate to Enable Features.
Enable the above features and save. Both features should be enabled
Open the desired custom record and click on Copy to Account
This will open a new window in which as the first step, fill the target account and deployment name. Bold names are the accounts to which we can transfer custom record.
Click Next and check the dependencies. If needed we have the option to push the data present in NS to the target account.
Click next to See the Preview.
Click submit to push the record to the target account and the details will be listed in the screen. Click done once the process is completed.

Login to the other account and see the custom record. This is a beta feature for now.
