Plan: In this step, the customer team and Delivery Team create an end-to-end plan for all data migration activities.
Extract: In this step, the customer extracts data from their legacy system.
Map: In this step, the customer maps the extracted data into the Data Import Templates.
Cleanse: In this step, the customer validates and cleans the extracted data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Import: In this step, the Consultants import the cleansed data into NetSuite, and reach out to the customer for errors that need correction and clarification.
Test Load: Consultants test load all entities and transaction records that will be used in NetSuite.
Sign-off: The customer provides sign-off on imported data before proceeding to the next stages of Data Migration.
Incremental Load: Both the customer and Consultants load the production data into NetSuite, including all preliminary data that were previously mapped and updated.
Verification: In this step, both the customer and Consultants work together, throughout the Data Migration process, to ensure accuracy and consistency of data, and to tie the balances and transactions to the legacy system.
