Engage Stage

  • Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Lead Consultant and Consultant: Prepares for the Reverse Sales to CS Knowledge Transfer Call (KT Call).
  • Tech Services Consultant: Reviews the Solution Design Document (SDD).
  • During the Reverse Sales to CS KT Call:
    • Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Lead Consultant, and Consultant will do the Reverse Sales to CS KT Guide with the Solution Principal, Solution Consultant, and Account Executive.
    • Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Lead Consultant, and Consultant Prepare for the Project Kickoff Call.
  • Project Manager Customizes and prepares the Kickoff Call Deck.
  • Project Manager invites the ES Consultant to introduce NetSuite’s training support to the customer.
  • During the Project Kickoff Call: Delivery Lead, Consultant, Lead Consultant, and Project Manager will do the following with customer:
    • Confirm the customer’s goals and requirements.
    • Review the project scope.
    • Set the expectation for the next activities.
  • After the Project Kickoff Call:
    • Consultant, Lead Consultant Conducts the Getting Started Session with the customer.
    • Consultant, Lead Consultant Start and complete the Suite App and Bundle Installation.
    • Consultant, Lead Consultant Schedules the Data Migration Strategy Session and Personalization Sessions.
  • During the Data Migration Strategy Meeting: Consultant, Lead Consultant will discuss the plan and procedures of Data migration using the Data Migration Guide.
  • After the Data Migration Strategy Meeting: Data cleansing and the customer Populate preliminary data into Data Import Templates.
  • Personalization Session:
    • Validate the customer’s requirements.
    • Gather requirements NOT captured in the Blueprint.
  • Project Manager Finalizes the Project Plan.
  • ES Consultant will discuss the following with the customer:
    • Check-in the status of the Implementation Readiness Training.
    • Check-in the status of the Industry Fundamentals Training.
    • Discuss the User Adoption Strategy.

Drive Stage

  • Consultant, Lead Consultant Start the Configuration and Scripting with the help of the Tech Services Consultant.
  • Consultant, Lead Consultant Continue the Data Migration.
  • Consultant, Lead Consultant:
    • Plan and schedule the Process Walkthroughs 1 and 2.
    • Update the Process Walkthrough Agenda.
  • During Process Walkthrough 1: Consultant, Lead Consultant Demo how their configured NetSuite System works.
    NOTE! Process Walkthrough 2 is conducted in the Enable stage.
  • Project Manager Shares the UAT Planning Agenda and Prepares the UAT Planning Deck to the customer.
  • During the UAT Planning Meeting: Project Manager discusses the UAT plans and the roles and responsibilities.
  • ES Consultant Develops the End User Training (EUT) and training Plan for the customer.

Enable Stage

  • Consultant, Lead Consultant Continue Data Migration.
  • During Process Walkthrough 2: Consultant, Lead Consultant will discuss the following with customer
    • Leads the Process Walkthrough 2.
    • Validate additional personalization configurations gathered from Process Walkthrough 1.
  • After Process Walkthrough 2:
    • Customer End Users participating in the UAT: Take and complete the Basic Usability Training ability Training.
    • Customer End Users participating in the UAT: Starts with the UAT Activity.
  • Project Manager Schedules the Post Go-live support meeting and Shares the Support Videos to the customer.
  • Customer End Users Take and complete the End User Training.

Convert Stage

  • Consultants complete the Data Migration.
  • Consultants Discuss a Cutover plan and Create a Go-live Checklist.
  • Customer Goes live in NetSuite and is transitioned to the Support Team and ACS Team.
  • During the Transition Meeting: Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Account Manager will discuss the following with customer.
    • Review completion of project milestones.
    • Establish project completion and review next steps.
  • After Go-live: Project Manager Complete the As Built Tab.
