SuiteSuccess Bundles and SuiteApps Request Process for NetSuite Partners

Create a request for SuiteSuccess bundles by creating a UTS ticket. Follow these steps to create a UTS ticket:

1. Using your NetSuite Partner role, Click on the Support Tab → Custom → UTS – Unified Ticketing System → New

2. In the Ticket Type section, select SuiteSuccess/SuiteSolutions

3. In the SS: SUITESUCCESS OR SUITESOLUTION field, select SuiteSuccess

4. In the General Information section, in the Subject field assign a Subject 

a. Example text: Please share the SuiteSuccess Financials First Premium bundles with XXX account.

5. In the SS: Priority field set a Priority

a. For new requests, set this value to 2 – Urgent

6. In the Category Information section, Set the Category value to Bundle Provisioning

7. Set the SS: REGION to match the customer region (NA, EMEA, APAC, or LATAM)

8. Set the SS: CUSTOMER NAME by entering the customer’s name and then select it

9. Set the SS: SUITESUCCESS SOLUTION

a. This value should match the edition sold to the customer. For example, if the North America 

Financials First Premium edition was sold, then the value would be Financials First PRM NA

10. In the Requester Information section, ensure the SS: PARTNER RESOURCE EMAIL field is populated

11. In the Interactions section, Complete the details in the Message From Customer free form text box 

including:

a. Customer Name

b. Sales Order Number/Estimate (if known)

c. Production Account ID (the ID of the NS Production account)

d. Sandbox Account ID (The ID of the NS Sandbox account if applicable)

e. SuiteSuccess/SuiteSolution Bundle Names – Any specific bundles you may need shared

f. [Optional] Additional Details: Please include any additional details relevant to your request. 

g. Click Save

12. Save your completed ticket. Once you have submitted the ticket, you will receive an email notification 

that the ticket has been created. You will receive another email notification when the ticket has been 

updated with Comments that the bundles have been provisioned. 

NOTE: If you do not follow this process there will be a delay in bundle provisioning
